The rooms are pleasantly decorated and typically feature central heating, a work desk, and satellite TV. the bathrooms are quite spacious, and the staff is very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. the hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near the famous hotspots of Karlovy Vary. it is just a short walk from the local opera theater, the canal, and all the attractions in town.

The rooms are big size, the bed is extremely comfy. The staff is friendly, exclusive atmosphere. It has magnificent and amazing location, really close to the local Opera theater, the main bus station to Prague, and Karlovy Vary during the International Film Festival. Besides, the hotel is located 3 km away from Safa and Marwa Hill.

Perfect overall experience. Extremely spacious units with a bath tub. Marvellous location in a good area, walking distance to a theatre and a castle. 10 minutes walk to bus station

The staff here is friendly and helpful, the location is great with cafes and the river nearby, the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds, and they even offer wake-up service.
